It is 2014, and we have four seasons during the year. Summer, Winter, Spring, and Pumpkin. Yes, Pumpkin has replaced Fall. When? I’m not sure. It may have not been approved by Obama himself, but I am declaring it which is only a slight difference. Every store, company, product, and chain has revamped their menus to add pumpkin. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin bites, pumpkin martinis, pumpkin cannoli dip, pumpkin milkshakes, pumpkin candy…it is EVERYWHERE. If I consumed every pumpkin product I saw I would have a lot in common with Cinderella’s carriage at midnight. Where are they getting the surplus amount of pumpkins for the abundance of added products on the market? There is going to be a pumpkin famine. Children everywhere will be at a disadvantage this Halloween. However, I’m here to add to the madness and share a few more pumpkin recipes (as if you didn’t have enough) that are so easy a caveman (college student) could do it. Enjoy!
