App Review: Duolingo (via Travel Freak)

Duolingo app

If you are looking for an easy way to brush up on your foreign language skills, maybe to either stay sharp between semesters or prepare for some upcoming travel, the Duolingo app is pretty perfect.  The best part is that, unlike many other language apps, this one is free.  It is also easy to use and varies up the way the lessons are conducted, so it isn’t as boring as traditional learning methods may be.  The “teacher” is a cute little owl, so that just adds to the playfulness.

Maybe stick to the baked variations.

4 Best Workouts…To Meet Guys (via Bite Size Wellness)

Couple working out

Let’s face it, one of the highlights of working out in an actual gym is the eye candy.  If you want to try actually meeting a potential s/o at the gym, why not try a group fitness class? Depending on the type of class you take, you may meet a dude who loves a good challenge, and could be your new boo in the gym and everywhere else.
