Last year, we were pretty ecstatic about the OREO Churro by J&J Snack Foods, the leading making of churros in America, because, who doesn’t want a cookie/doughnut combination? But the company couldn’t stop there — oh, no.
J&J Snack Foods just announced it will be selling frozen, OREO cream-filled churros.”We were overwhelmed by the national buzz surrounding the original OREO Churros, so we immediately began working on a product line extension so that the snack was available to dippers or grippers,” the company’s CEO said in a press release, continuing, “we feel confident the portfolio now fits into any snacking occasion.” Fits into any snacking occasion? You betcha. I don’t think there has ever a time I’ve turned down an Oreo, and I know for sure Kim Kardashian has never turned down a churro, so you see, it’s the perfect snack for average folks like me… or celebrities like Kimmie. You should be able to buy them at your local grocery store. People on Twitter are pretty much freaking out over the news, and it looks like these OREO Churros are going to be on the top of everyone’s wish list this holiday season.
