For example, changing your alarm, so that happy music will play when it’s time to get up. Or, how about drinking a cold glass of water right when you wake up? This will hydrate your body and get you ready for the big day.

Another tip? Taking a shower. But don’t just linger in the warm water for an hour. Alternate between cold and hot water to really get your senses going! If you do this every morning and we’re sure you’ll feel a big improvement in that groggy feeling.
